The Calgary Flames announced Thursday that the college free agent has signed a two-year entry-level deal carrying an average annual value of $975,000.
Gross, 23, recorded a team-leading 41 points (18 goals and 23 assists) in 36 games as a junior at St. Cloud State University during the 2025-26 season.
Serving as captain in his third season, Gross was named a finalist for NCHC Player of the Year, Forward of the Year and Defensive Forward of the Year.
