For a third consecutive game, the Calgary Flames will be without defenceman Chris Tanev.

The 32-year-old left Game 6 of the Flames' first-round series against the Dallas Stars with an undisclosed injury which forced him to miss Game 7 of that series and Game 1 of the Battle of Alberta.

Tanev scored six goals and added 22 assists in 82 games during the regular season. He does not have a goal or an assist in six post-season games.

After falling to the Flames 9-6 in Game 1, the Oilers are making one change to their lineup by bringing in forward Warren Foegele for Game 2 after going with 11 forwards and seven defencemen for the series opener. The forward will play on the third line with Ryan McLeod and Kailer Yamamoto.

Foegele played all 82 games for the Oilers this season, registering 12 goals and 14 assists.

So far these playoffs, he has yet to find the scoresheet in five games.
