Philadelphia Flyers forward Nicolas Aube-Kubel has been fined $2,687.50 for kneeing Florida Panthers forward Mason Marchment on Saturday, the NHL’s department of player safety announced.
The incident occurred at 3:48 of the third period. Aube-Kubel was assessed a minor penalty for tripping.
The money goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.
