The Philadelphia Flyers announced that forward Travis Konecny would miss Saturday's game against the New York Rangers and is day-to-day with a minor upper-body injury.
The 26-year-old has scored 27 goals and 54 points in 57 games for Philadelphia this season, leading the Flyers in both categories.
Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman said that the Flyers will see if Konecny is able to play in the team's game Sunday against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Konecny represented Philadelphia at the 2024 All-Star Game in Toronto, making his second appearance as an All-Star.
The Flyers also announced that forward Tyson Foerster would return to the lineup against New York. He had missed the team's previous four games with a lower-body injury.
Philadelphia's 23rd-overall pick in the 2020 draft, Foerster has 10 goals and 21 points in 52 games this season.
The Flyers enter Saturday's game with a 30-20-7 record, and sit in third place in the Metropolitan Division.
