Flyers sign Thompson to one-year, $800K deal

The Philadelphia Flyers have signed former Winnipeg Jets centre Nate Thompson to a one-year contract with an AAV of $800,000.

Returning to the Flyers after spending the 2020-21 season with the Jets, Thompson tallied five points in 44 games consisting of two goals and three assists.

Thompson played the second half of the 2019-20 season with the Flyers after being acquired at the trade deadline in February 2020.
