The Minnesota Wild could get some reinforcements for Game 5, while the Dallas Stars will have to wait.
Mats Zuccarello joined the Wild at practice on Monday, which head coach John Hynes called a "good sign" for his availability Tuesday against the Stars (Sportsnet, Sportsnet+, 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT), per Joe Smith of The Athletic.
Both Zuccarello and fellow forward Yakov Trenin will be listed as questionable.
Zuccarello sustained an upper-body injury after an elbow from Stars defenceman Tyler Myers in the first period of Game 1.
The 38-year-old registered 54 points in 59 games this season. He had three assists in Minnesota's 6-1 Game 1 win.
Trenin suffered an upper-body injury in Game 2 after a hit from Stars forward Colin Blackwell.
Meanwhile, Stars defenceman Nils Lundkvist is out after exiting Game 4 following an inadvertent skate to the left side of his face. However, the blue-liner "should" return during this series, head coach Glen Gulutzan told reporters.
Lundkvist has two assists in four games after recording 11 points (three goals, eight assists) in 52 regular-season contests.
Missing from Dallas practice was defenceman Miro Heiskanen, who had a maintenance day.
Key forward Roope Hintz continues to be out with a lower-body injury.
The series is tied 2-2, with the winner set to face the Colorado Avalanche in Round 2.
