Seth Jarvis is ready for his season debut.
The Carolina Hurricanes have activated the forward from the injured reserve, the team announced on Wednesday.
Jarvis has yet to play this season as he recovers from off-season shoulder surgery.
The 24-year-old appeared in 71 games for the Hurricanes last year, totalling 32 goals and 34 assists for 66 points. He also played in all 19 playoff games, tallying 11 points (four goals, seven assists) en route to Carolina's Stanley Cup victory.
Jarvis also represented Canada at the 2026 Winter Olympics, finishing with a point in five games before coming away with the silver medal.
The Hurricanes have also recalled Skyler Brind'Amour from the AHL and sent Bradley Nadeau down.
Jarvis will likely make his 2026-27 debut on Thursday against the Edmonton Oilers (9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+).
