The New York Islanders have signed restricted free agent defenceman Ryan Pulock to a two-year deal with an average annual value of $5 million, per Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman.
The two parties had been set to go to arbitration on Nov. 6.
Pulock, 26, was on pace to set career highs in goals and points last season, finishing the pandemic-shortened 2019-20 campaign with 10 goals and 35 points in 68 games. He had nine goals and 37 points points the season prior.
The right-handed D-man, who boasts a booming shot from the point, also added 10 points in 22 playoff games in the bubble as the Islanders made a run to the conference final.
Over the course of 234 NHL games and three full seasons with the Isles, Pulock has tallied 31 goals and 108 points.
He was selected by New York with the 15th pick in the 2013 NHL Draft.
