The Jets are maneuvering their roster.
The Winnipeg Jets activated defenceman Dylan Samberg and forward Gustav Nyquist from the inured reserve on Thursday.
Samberg, 26, returns from a broken wrist, and is expected to make his season debut on Thursday against the Seattle Kraken. Going into his fifth season in Winnipeg, Samberg scored six goals along with 14 assists in 60 games last season.
Nyquist, 36, has been out since Oct. 30 with an undisclosed injury. In 11 games this season, Nyquist is goalless with five assists.
WIth these moves, Haydn Fleury, 29, and Cole Koepke, 27, have been retroactively added to the injured reserve for Nov. 11 and Nov. 7, respectively. The nature of those injuries has not been disclosed by the team.
