Jets agree to terms with Laurent Brossoit on one-year contract

The Winnipeg Jets have agreed to terms with goaltender Laurent Brossoit on a one-year contract worth $1.5 million, the team announced Friday.

Brossoit, who was originally selected in the sixth round of the 2011 NHL Draft by the Calgary Flames, signed with the Jets as a free agent in 2018.

The 27-year-old has played in 40 games for Winnipeg throughout the last two seasons, posting a 19-13-3 record, 2.87 goals-against average and a .912 save percentage.
