Some forward depth is coming for the Winnipeg Jets.
Centre Brayden Yager was recalled from the AHL's Manitoba Moose, the team announced Monday.
Yager, 21, has five goals and four assists in six AHL games this season.
The Saskatoon native made his NHL debut last season when he was held off the scoresheet in three games with Winipeg.
Drafted 14th overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 2023, Yager was dealt to the Jets in August 2024 in exchange for forward Rutger McGroarty.
Yager could make his season debut as Tuesday when the Jets visit the St. Louis Blues.
