The Winnipeg Jets are adding some grit to their forward corps.
Left-winger Cole Koepke signed with the Jets on a one-year, $1 million contract, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported Tuesday.
Koepke, 27, had a solid season with the Bruins, tallying 10 goals and seven assists in 73 games. He added 177 hits, the third-most among Boston skaters.
The Two Harbors, Minn., native has 11 goals and nine assists through 99 career games at the NHL level.
He was originally selected by the Tampa Bay Lightning 183rd overall in the sixth round of the 2018 NHL Draft.
