Power forward Josh Anderson rejoined his Montreal Canadiens teammates for practice on Friday, his first time skating with the team during training camp.

Anderson had been held off the ice while recovering from an undisclosed upper-body injury.

Anderson was joined by injured teammates Nick Suzuki and Madison Bowey at practice Friday, although Suzuki and Bowey were wearing non-contract jerseys. Suzuki is recovering from a lower-body injury suffered before camp opened while Bowey is dealing with a lower-body ailment.

The Canadiens resume their pre-season schedule Saturday against the Ottawa Senators.
