The Los Angeles Kings place defenceman Drew Doughty and forward Dustin Brown on injured reserve Sunday morning. The moves are retroactive to March 7 and March 12, respectively.

Doughty had been listed as day-to-day with an undisclosed injury and missed the Kings' last two games. Brown left LA's 5-0 loss to the San Jose Sharks with an upper-body injury.

The Kings have recalled forwards Martin Frk and Gabe Vilardi as well as defenceman Austin Strand from AHL Ontario. Vilardi, the 11th overall pick in the 2017 NHL draft, tallied 38 points in 29 games (15 goals, 23 assists) for the Reign this season.
