The Los Angeles Kings have re-signed defenceman Joe Hicketts to a one-year, two-way contract, the team announced Friday.
The deal is worth an average annual value of $775,000.
Hicketts had 20 points (one goal and 19 assists) in 30 games with the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League this season.
The 28-year-old from Kamloops, B.C., has five assists in 22 games with the Detroit Red Wings from 2017-20.
