The Los Angeles Kings have re-signed defenceman Tobias Bjornfot to a two-year, $1.55 million contract, the team announced Friday.
Bjornfot, who was a restricted free agent, had one assist in 10 games with the Kings last season. He also recorded five goals and seven assists in 50 games with the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League.
The 22-year-old from Upplands Vasby, Sweden, played a career-high 70 games with the Kings during the 2021-22 campaign and registered eight points, all assists.
He was drafted in the first round, 22nd overall, by Los Angeles in 2019.
The Kings also announced they have signed forwards Samuel Fagemo and Tyler Madden to one-year, two-way contracts.
