The Los Angeles Kings signed goaltender Anton Forsberg to a two-year, $2.25 million contract Tuesday.
Forsberg spent the past five seasons with the Ottawa Senators. The 32-year-old from Harnosand, Sweden, posted an 11-12-3 record, 2.72 goals-against average and .901 save percentage with three shutouts this past season.
He played a career-high 46 games during the 2021-22 season, registering a 22-17-4 record, 2.82 GAA and .917 save percentage.
Forsberg was drafted in the seventh round, 188th overall, by the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2011.
He holds a career 74-81-14 record, 3.04 GAA and .904 save percentage in 190 games with the Blue Jackets, Chicago Blackhawks, Carolina Hurricanes and Senators.
