Lightning sign forward Noah Steen to two-year, entry-level contract

The Tampa Bay Lightning are bringing in a forward.

Noah Steen signed a two-year, entry-level contract, the team announced on Tuesday.

Steen, 21, will join the AHL's Syracuse Crunch on a professional tryout.

Selected by the Lightning in the seventh round of the 2024 draft, Steen spent this season in the Swedish pro league, where he recorded 12 goals and 10 assists in 52 games with Orebro HK.

The Norway native also competed at last year's world championships, scoring twice.
