The Tampa Bay Lightning are re-upping with one of their depth goaltenders for the 2025-26 season.
Netminder Ryan Fanti has agreed on a one-year, two-way deal to return to the Tampa Bay Lightning, the team announced Tuesday.
Fanti, 25, joined the Lightning last year and suited up for seven games with the Syracuse Crunch, their American Hockey League affiliate.
He had a 1.45 goals-against average and a .946 save percentage in those appearances.
The Thunder Bay, Ont. native also made four appearances in the ECHL with the Orlando Solar Bears, putting up a 2.08 GAA and a .935 save percentage last season.
