The Tampa Bay Lightning signed goaltender Jonas Johansson to a two-year contract with a $775,000 AAV on Saturday.
Johansson appeared in only three games with the Colorado Avalanche this past season and registered a 2-0-0 record, 2.10 goals-against average and .932 save percentage.
He also posted a 14-9-2 record, 2.33 GAA and .920 save percentage over 26 games with the Colorado Eagles of the American Hockey League.
The 27-year-old from Gavle, Sweden, was drafted in the third round, 61st overall, by the Buffalo Sabres in 2014. He holds an 11-13-4 career record over four seasons with the Sabres, Avalanche and Florida Panthers.
