Lightning's Kucherov, Perry expected to play Game 4, Point 'highly doubtful'

Watch as Tampa Bay Lightning forward Nikita Kucherov is forced to leave Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final with a lower body injury, due to landing awkwardly after receiving a hit from Colorado Avalanche defenceman Devon Toews.

Tampa Bay Lightning head coach Jon Cooper says he expects star winger Nikita Kucherov to be in uniform for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final.

Kucherov appeared to have injured his leg after a collision with Colorado Avalanche defenceman Devon Toews in the third period of Game 3 on Monday.

Cooper added on Tuesday that winger Corey Perry should also be good to go for Wednesday night's game.

Cooper was less enthusiastic about centre Brayden Point. The Lightning coach said Point remained day-to-day and was "highly doubtful" ahead of Game 4.
