Kailer Yamamoto is sticking around with the Utah Mammoth.
Yamamoto signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Mammoth on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old from Spokane, Wash., had three points (two goals, one assist) in 112 games with Utah last season. He also had 56 points (20 goals, 36 assists) in 54 games with the AHL's Tucson Roadrunners.
Yamamoto did not receive a qualifying offer at the end of the season and became an unrestricted free agent.
He was drafted in the first round, 22nd overall, by the Edmonton Oilers in 2017.
Yamamoto has 137 career points (60 goals, 77 assists) in 315 games with Edmonton, the Seattle Kraken and Utah.
