Michael Eyssimont signs two-year, $2.9M deal with Bruins

Michael Eyssimont will continue his NHL career with the Boston Bruins.

Eyssimont agreed to a two-year, $2.9-million deal with the Bruins on Tuesday, the team confirmed

Boston will be Eyssimont’s fifth stop in his fifth NHL season. After his rookie season with the Winnipeg Jets in 2021-22, the 28-year-old has found himself in San Jose, Tampa Bay and Seattle.

In 2024-25, the left-shot centre started the year with the Lighting, but was dealt to the Kraken as part of the three-team deal that sent OliverBjorkstrand and Yanni Gourde to Tampa Bay.

In 77 games between the two stops, Eyssimont registered nine goals and 16 points while averaging 10:37 of ice time.
