Muzzin will likely return to Maple Leafs' lineup in Florida, Keefe says

Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe discusses how close defenceman Jake Muzzin is to returning to the lineup, saying it's looking like he could return on Tuesday vs. the Florida Panthers.

Toronto Maple Leafs defenceman Jake Muzzin is likely to return to the lineup during the team's road trip in Florida, head coach Sheldon Keefe revealed on Monday.

Muzzin was placed on long-term injured reserve with a concussion after he appeared to hit his head on the ice following an awkward collision on Feb. 21 with Montreal Canadiens defenceman Chris Wideman.

The Leafs begin their Florida road trip on Monday night against the Tampa Bay Lightning, which you can watch live on Sportsnet at 7:30 p.m. ET / 4:30 p.m. PT.

Toronto closes out the two-game trip against the Florida Panthers on Tuesday.
