Shore suffered the injury during Friday's Oilers game against the New York Rangers.
Shore has played eight games in the 2021-22 NHL season, recording one goal and one assist.
The Oilers play next on Tuesday Nov. 9 when they take on the Detroit Red Wings on the road.
