The Edmonton Oilers have signed forward Connor Clattenburg to a three-year, entry-level contract, the team announced Monday.
Edmonton drafted Clattenburg in the fifth round, 160th overall, in June.
The 19-year-old from Ottawa is the captain of the OHL's Flint Firebirds and has 10 goals and eight assists in 22 games this season.
He split last season between the Firebirds and Soo Greyhounds with 29 points (13 goals and 16 assists) in 60 games.
He also had a goal and an assist in four playoff games with the Firebirds.
