To the other 30 NHL franchises, good luck trying to beat the Boston Bruins and the Tampa Bay Lightning in a best-dressed contest.
Ahead of their Stadium Series matchup at Raymond James Stadium, both the Bruins and Lightning wowed the hockey world with their impressive team outfits.
The Bruins rolled up dressed as Patriots, as a nod to the founding fathers of America, the history of Boston, and as an ode to their NFL counterpart New England Patriots who are set to compete in Super Bowl LX next Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Lightning honoured their football squad and host Tampa Bay Buccaneers, wearing the iconic Orange Creamsicle jersey customized for each player.
Lightning head coach Jon Cooper also got in on the fun, sporting a unique fit behind the bench.
And let's not forget the pirate theme, from the stadium to the on-ice pre-game presentation to the ESPN hosts getting in on the fun.
But if you thought the pre-game antics were good, the actual game was even better. Not only did the Lightning complete the largest comeback in an outdoor game in NHL history, but the game also included the ultra-rare goalie fight.
Boston's Jeremy Swayman and Tampa Bay's Andrei Vasilevskiy traded blows in the second period, the second goalie fight in the state of Florida this month.
Sergei Bobrovsky of the Florida Panthers and Alex Nedeljkovic of the San Jose Sharks squared off on Jan. 19.
"I'm so glad we both had our first gig against each other," Swayman said after the game. "Really worthy opponent."
After a game that featured a little bit of everything, here are some of the best reactions to the pre-game outfits, goalie fight, and everything in between.
