MacKenzie Entwistle is staying in the Panthers organization.
The forward signed a two-year, two-way contract with Florida, the team announced on Thursday.
Entwistle spent last season with the Charlotte Checkers, the Panthers' American Hockey League affiliate. He recorded a goal and an assist in seven games before scoring two goals and adding a helper in eight post-season games.
The 25-year-old was a third-round pick by the Arizona Coyotes in the 2017 draft. Entwistle spent parts of four seasons with the Chicago Blackhawks, registering 35 points (15 goals, 20 assists) in 193 NHL games.
