After 19 years, the Toronto Maple Leafs have won a playoff series, advancing to Round 2 for the first time since 2004 — and the hockey world is loving it.
With the game in overtime at Amalie Arena, it was none other than Maple Leafs captain John Tavares who potted the first series-clinching OT goal for the Leafs since 1999, against the two-time Stanley Cup champions Tampa Bay Lightning.
