Andrei Kuzmenko is heading to his fifth NHL team.
The Pittsburgh Penguins signed the Russian winger to a one-year, $5 million contract, the team announced Wednesday.
Kuzmenko made his NHL debut in the 2022-23 season with the Vancouver Canucks after a prolific KHL career.
He managed 39 goals and 74 points in 81 games his rookie season, but has since failed to replicate that offensive production and has bounced between teams.
Through a 271-game career between the Canucks, Calgary Flames, Philadelphia Flyers and Los Angeles Kings, the 30-year-old has 85 goals and 182 points.
