The Pittsburgh Penguins are getting some help down the middle on Tuesday.
Evgeni Malkin will return to the lineup against the Detroit Red Wings, head coach Dan Muse said pre-game.
The 39-year-old missed the previous four games with an upper-body injury.
Malkin has totalled 15 goals and 37 assists through 50 games this season.
This should come as bad news to the Red Wings, who need every win as they battle for a playoff spot.
Muse added that Stuart Skinner will start in goal for the Penguins.
