Pittsburgh Penguins forward Jake Guentzel has been listed as week-to-week with an upper-body injury after he was absent from Wednesday's practice, head coach Mike Sullivan confirmed.

Guentzel appeared to take a puck off his hand during Monday’s game against the Seattle Kraken and briefly went down the tunnel to seek medical attention. He eventually returned and finished the game with two goals and an assist.

The 27-year-old is in the midst of a 13-game point streak with 12 goals and seven assists, but that will come to an end.

Guentzel has recorded a total of 15 goals and 12 assists in 24 games for the Penguins this season.
