After helping guide the Hershey Bears to a Calder Cup championship, Jimmy Huntington is headed to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
General manager and president of hockey operations Kyle Dubas announced the move Monday. Huntington, 25, will join the Penguins on a one-year deal worth $775,000 at the NHL level.
Huntington scored 16 goals and 33 points in 67 games in 2023-24 with Hershey before adding five goals and 14 points in 20 post-season games.
A six-foot tall forward, Huntington has played parts of the last five seasons in the AHL.
