The Philadelphia Flyers signed goalie Samuel Ersson to a two-year extension worth $2.9 million, the club announced on Saturday.
The two-way deal will pay the 23-year-old from Falun, Sweden, an AAV of $1.45 million through the 2025-26 season.
Ersson played 12 games for the Flyers last season, going 6-3-0 with a 3.07 goals-against average and an .899 save percentage.
