Forward Tyson Jost has a new home.
The veteran was claimed off waivers by the Nashville Predators on Wednesday, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported.
Jost had previously been at training camp with the Carolina Hurricanes.
The 27-year-old from St. Albert, Alta., played 39 games for the Hurricanes last season, recording four goals and five assists.
In 495 career contests, the former 10th-overall pick (2016) owns 61 goals and 88 assists for 149 points.
