Red Wings remove Dylan Larkin against Stars due to COVID protocol

Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin was forced to leave Tuesday's game against the Dallas Stars because of COVID-19 protocol.

Larkin was pulled from the game after the second period. It was not made known whether he tested positive for COVID-19.

The 25-year-old scored in the second period as the Red Wings fell 5-2 to the Stars. In 14 games this season, Larkin has eight goals and 14 points.
