The Detroit Red Wings have added another goal-scoring weapon to the mix.
The Red Wings announced on Monday that they had signed left wing Jakub Rychlovsky to a two-year, entry-level contract.
Rychlovsky, 22, led the Czech Extraliga with 26 goals last season. He was also second on his team, Bili Tygri Liberec, with 46 points in 51 games.
The five-foot-10, 181-pound forward was never drafted. In 190 games with Bili Tygri Liberec since 2019-20, he has 39 goals and 80 points.
