The Calgary Flames have found a swift replacement for Dan Vladar.
Russian goalie Ivan Prosvetov signed a one-year deal worth $950,000 with the Flames on Tuesday, the team announced.
Prosvetov, 26, owns 24 games of NHL experience from 2020 to 2024 with the Arizona Coyotes and Colorado Avalanche, compiling an .881 save percentage and 3.70 goals-against average.
He spent last season with CSKA Moscow of the KHL, where he recorded a .920 save percentage.
The Flames saw Vladar, who split time with Dustin Wolf last season, bolt for the Philadelphia Flyers in free agency earlier on Tuesday.
