Senators' Artem Anisimov out against Oilers with upper-body injury

The Ottawa Senators will be short-handed for Friday’s game against the Edmonton Oilers as forward Artem Anisimov is out with an upper-body injury.

Injury update: #Sens C Artem Anisimov will miss tonight’s game @EdmontonOilers due to an upper-body injury.

The team will dress seven defenceman (Josh Brown will draw into the lineup) and 11 forwards.

Anisimov played 14:49 of ice time and had two shots on goal in the Senators’ 7-1 loss to the Oilers on Wednesday. Ottawa will dress 11 forwards and seven defencemen against Edmonton, with Josh Brown drawing into the lineup.

In 14 games this season, the 32-year-old has struggled with four points.
