The Ottawa Senators have invited goalie Dustin Tokarski to camp on a Professional Try-Out, the club announced on Thursday.
The 35-year-old from Humboldt, Sask., was drafted 122nd overall by Tampa Bay in 2008. Since then, he has seen time with the Lightning, Canadiens, Ducks, Sabres, and Penguins, logging 80 games at the NHL level. His NHL record is 23-34-12, with a 3.15 goals-against average and .902 save percentage.
Tokarski spent all of last season with Rochester of the American Hockey League, going 11-9-3 in 24 games, with a 3.32 GAA and .890SV%.
He is a Memorial Cup winner (Spokane, 2008), Calder Cup winner (Norfolk, 2012), and world junior gold medallist in 2009.
