The carousel on the Ottawa Senators' blue line continues.
Head coach Travis Green told reporters Saturday morning that Travis Kleven will be out week-to-week with an upper-body injury suffered in Thursday's win over the Buffalo Sabres.
The team also announced that blue liner Jorian Donovan had been recalled from AHL Belleville.
Kleven was injured in the first period when a hard slapshot careened up and appeared to hit him in the head area. He was able to skate off under his own power.
He finished the game with 1:48 of ice time.
Kleven, 24, has three goals and 18 points while appearing in 70 games this season.
Donovan, meanwhile, will rejoin Ottawa after making his NHL debut earlier this season. The 21-year-old skated in two games, but didn't record a point.
In 59 AHL games this season, he has four goals and 17 assists.
Green said it would be a game-time decision as to whether Donovan or Sanderson would play on Saturday afternoon against the Minnesota Wild.
