Senators recall Zack Ostapchuk, place Zack MacEwen on waivers

The Ottawa Senators have recalled forward Zack Ostapchuk from the AHL's Belleville Senators.

To make room for Ostapchuk on the roster, the Senators have placed forward Zack MacEwen on waivers.

Ostapchuk has recorded one assist in six games with the Senators this season. In nine games in the AHL with Belleville, Ostapchuk has scored one goal and eight points.

MacEwen appeared in 19 games with Ottawa this season, scoring two goals and three points.

The Senators will conclude a four-game homestand on Monday against the Calgary Flames.
