The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Scott Sabourin to a one-year, two-way deal carrying an average annual value of $700,000 in the NHL and $200,000 in the AHL, the team announced Tuesday.
Sabourin, 29, played 35 games as a rookie with the Senators in 2019-20, producing two goals and four assists.
The Orleans, Ont., product played one game for the Toronto Maple Leafs and six games with the Toronto Marlies last season.
Over eight AHL seasons, Sabourin has accumulated 314 career AHL games, 79 points and 668 penalty minutes.
