Carolina remains on Tyson Jost's mind.
The forward has re-signed with the Hurricanes on a one-year, two-way deal, the club announced Wednesday. The deal will pay Jost $775,000 at the NHL level or $300,000 at the AHL level, with a guarantee of at least $600,000.
Jost, 27, appeared in 39 regular-season games for the Hurricanes in 2024-25, notching four goals and five assists.
Selected 10th overall by Colorado in 2016, Jost has 149 points in 495 career NHL games with the Avalanche, Minnesota Wild, Buffalo Sabres and Hurricanes.
