Corey Perry is on the move again.
Perry signed a one-year, $2-million deal with the Los Angeles Kings, the team announced Tuesday.
The 40-year-old winger played in 81 regular-season games for the Edmonton Oilers last season, scoring 19 goals and adding 11 assists before recording a vintage Perry post-season.
During Edmonton’s Cup Final run, Perry scored 10 goals — his most since the 2015 playoffs.
However, lifting Lord Stanley has eluded “The Worm” since he first hoisted the Cup back in 2007. He has since lost in the Final in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024 and 2025.
Among active players, the veteran forward ranks fifth in games played with 1,392, seventh in goals (448) and fifth in playoff goals (64).
He now joins a Los Angeles team that he's helped eliminate in the first round for the past two years as a member of the Oilers.
