The Minnesota Wild have made a pair of roster moves.
Defenceman Carson Lambos has been called up from the AHL's Iowa Wild, while defenceman Jonas Brodin has been placed on the injured reserve, the team announced on Wednesday.
Lambos, 22, was drafted in the first round by the Wild in the 2021 NHL draft and has yet to appear in a game for Minnesota.
Through 26 games this season with Iowa, Lambos has recorded five points and 22 penalty minutes. In three seasons with the team, he has posted 38 points and 129 PIM in 163 games.
In a corresponding move, the Wild have placed Brodin on the IR.
It is unclear how the 32-year-old sustained his injury, but he last played in the team's 5-2 win over the Dallas Stars on Dec. 11.
