The Minnesota Wild have signed 2021 26th overall pick Carson Lambos to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Lambos, an 18-year-old defenceman, spent the majority of the 2020-21 season in Finland playing for JYP’s under-20 team, where he posted 11 points in 13 games.

The Winnipeg native also played two games for the WHL’s Winnipeg Ice last season. In 2019-20, he led all Ice defencemen with 32 points in 57 games.
