The Minnesota Wild will remain without a veteran scoring presence on Saturday.
Mats Zuccarello is going to miss a third straight game in Minnesota's first-round series against the Dallas Stars, Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported Saturday.
The 38-year-old sustained an upper-body injury due to an elbow from Dallas defenceman Tyler Myers in the first period of Game 1.
Zuccarello, 38, had 54 points in 59 games this season as he missed time with injuries early in the year. He had three assists in Minnesota's 6-1 Game 1 win.
Trade-deadline addition Bobby Brink has been filling in for Zuccarello in the lineup.
The Wild are down 2-1 in the series with Game 4 set to go in Saint Paul, Minn. Saturday evening.
