The Montreal Canadiens announced that defenceman Kaiden Guhle will miss Saturday’s game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The 21-year-old was ruled out with a lower-body injury.

The rookie blue liner had missed two games at the start of the month (March 5 vs. Vegas Golden Knights, March 7 vs. Carolina Hurricanes) with an upper-body injury.

The 16th overall pick in the 2020 NHL Draft has collected 18 points (four goals, 14 assists) in 44 games for the Canadiens this season.
