Canucks place defenceman Quinn Hughes in COVID-19 protocol

The Vancouver Canucks have placed defenceman Quinn Hughes in the NHL’s COVID-19 protocol, the team announced on Monday.

Hughes, 22, has two goals and 32 assists in 45 games for the Canucks this season.

The Canucks return to action following the All-Star break on Tuesday at home against the Arizona Coyotes.
